Refund policy

All sales are final; we don't accept returns or exchanges due to COVID-19. Signature Lash Lab is not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Please make sure to list all address details such as apartment building and number. If an order is sent back to use due to missing or wrong address details the customer is responsible for covering the new shipping fee and return labels. 

Signature Lash Lab is not responsible for the merchant purchasing the wrong item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the first 3 days of your delivery. If you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and correct it. After 3 days we can no longer replace your defective item.
