Shipping policy

Once a product is shipped and delivered Signature Lash Lab is no longer reliable for lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the delivery carrier for any further questions or concerns. 

Signature Lash Lab is not responsible for the time frame in which your package gets to you. The post office is responsible for when your package arrives to you, regardless of the shipping type you choose. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any lost or stolen packages 

You must file a claim with the postal service and create a claim for lost, stolen or damaged items. The outcome will vary case by case.

Shipping times: orders will arrive in 2-8 business days upon shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
