Order Policy
All purchases made through Signature Lash Lab are considered final sale.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for review. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
To submit a claim, please email signaturelashlab@gmail.com with the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s)
• A photo of the packing slip included in your order
Please note that DMs, text messages, or social media messages will not be accepted for order claims. All inquiries must be sent via email.
Items that have been opened, used, or altered from their original condition are not eligible for replacement or store credit.
All sale, promotional, and discounted items are considered final sale.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping operations run Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on Fridays are not eligible for Express or Overnight shipping, as expedited processing resumes the following business day.
U.S. Shipping
Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days (USPS)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (USPS)
Overnight shipping is available Monday–Thursday only and must be placed before 2:00 PM MST. Overnight orders are not available Friday through Sunday.
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier are outside of Signature Lash Lab’s control.
International Shipping
Economy Shipping: 6–10 business days (UPS)
Express Shipping: 3–6 business days (UPS)
Signature Lash Lab is not responsible for import taxes, customs fees, or international duties that may be required upon delivery.
Local Pickup Orders
Pickup orders are prepared within 3–4 business days.
Once your order is ready, it must be picked up within 7 business days. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be canceled without refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Signature Lash Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier marks the package as Delivered.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Packages cannot be tracked beyond 14 days after the marked delivery date.
Returned or Refused Packages
Packages returned to sender or refused at delivery must be claimed within 2 days in order to be reshipped.
Reshipping fees apply:
Standard Shipping: $10
Express Shipping: $20
If you choose not to have the order resent, store credit may be issued for the product amount only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Signature Lash Lab is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
